The Cascade Credit Services Board of Advisors and CEO, Wade Owens, is pleased to announce the addition of Errin Richardson Glasgow as the company’s new President of nationwide operations.

With over three decades of experience in the asset-based finance sector, Glasgow is widely respected for her leadership, collaborative approach, operational insight, and deep understanding of credit risk and borrower dynamics.  

Perhaps most notable is her last 20 years as the Managing Director of Asset Based Lending at Columbia Bank.  During her over 20 years at the bank, Errin played a pivotal role in expanding the bank’s commercial lending portfolio by streamlining collateral risk strategies. 

CEO Wade Owens added, “Errin has been a fabulous partner and collaborator with Cascade over the last 21 years, and our expanded nationwide team of examiners are thrilled to have such an accomplished ABL leader running the day-to-day operations and setting our business up for the next 30 years”.

Owens added, “We needed a strong leader to carry the legacy of our company in our home geography of the Pacific Northwest while we continue to innovate and expand our portfolio of risk management solutions to better serve our nationwide customer base”.   As President, Errin will have full operating control of all facets of our business and will be based in the Pacific Northwest, where Cascade was founded in 1995.
