BOSTON, Oct. 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Pathlight Capital LP ("Pathlight" or "Pathlight Capital") today announced that it is serving as the Administrative Agent on a senior secured term loan facility for Second Avenue Capital Partners ("SACP" or the "Company"), a provider of senior secured asset-based loans to corporate borrowers in the US and Canada, focused primarily on middle market retail and consumer product businesses.
Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to support ongoing working capital needs for growth purposes.
"We're proud to support Second Avenue Capital Partners with term loan financing as they continue to scale their asset-based lending platform," said Kenny Smith, Managing Director at Pathlight Capital. "This transaction reflects our commitment to backing experienced management teams focused on building high-quality financial asset portfolios. We're pleased to expand our partnership with SACP by providing capital to support their continued growth."
"Pathlight Capital has long been a trusted partner within our broader organization, and this new facility is a natural extension of that relationship," commented Aaron Miller, President of SB360 Holdings. "Their continued support enables us to scale thoughtfully and deliver meaningful impact to our clients. With more than $2 billion in originations since SACP's inception, we're excited to build on this foundation as we pursue new opportunities for growth."
Mark Gallivan, Founding Member and Head of Investments and Operations at Second Avenue Capital Partners, added, "SACP's creative capital and partnership-driven lending solutions have been well received by the market, fueling over seven years of unprecedented growth. As we enter our next stage of expansion, the partnership with Pathlight will help us meet the ever-increasing demand for our brand of flexible capital."
