Jones Day represented Roper Technologies, Inc. in connection with a public offering of $2 billion of Senior Notes, consisting of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.250% Senior Notes due 2028, $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.450% Senior Notes due 2030, and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.100% Senior Notes due 2035.
