BOSTON (July 22, 2025) – Peter Palladino, a leading finance practitioner known for his loan structuring and negotiation, workout and insolvency experience, has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in Boston. Mr. Palladino was previously a partner at Choate Hall & Stuart, where he served in various leadership roles.
“We are delighted to welcome Pete to our Financial Services Team. His focus on complex leveraged financings, recapitalizations and restructurings and other special situation facilities, along with his reputation as a leader in the asset-based lending space, will be of tremendous value to our clients and to the continued growth of our practice,” said Cindy Brazell, co-chair of Holland & Knight’s national Financial Services Team. “Pete’s addition strengthens our capabilities in the ABL and leveraged lending space and brings further credibility to our highly regarded restructuring capabilities.”
Mr. Palladino focuses his practice on complex leveraged and asset-based financings, with a special focus on restructuring, out-of-court workouts, recapitalizations and other special situation facilities with a focus on senior secured lending. He has worked extensively on asset securitizations and other structured finance transactions. Mr. Palladino’s clients include direct lenders and other private capital providers as well as traditional banks providing domestic and cross-border syndicated, club and bilateral facilities.

Mr. Palladino held numerous leadership roles at Choate, including serving on its Firm Committee from 1999-2006, as Chair of the Business Department from 1999-2016, and as Chair of the Finance & Restructuring Practice Group from 1997-2005. He has been consistently recognized as a leading banking & finance lawyer in the Chambers USA guide since 2007.
Mr. Palladino received a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. degree from Colgate University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts.
