Teri’s track record spans the full operations lifecycle—from data entry to managing nearly 100 employees—culminating in her reputation as a leader who not only improves processes but uplifts the people behind them.
“Teri brings operational excellence and heart,” says Brian Center, Partner at Quasar Capital. “She’ll be key in optimizing how we serve our clients—driving service improvements that ultimately help businesses grow faster and stronger.”
Teri joins Quasar Capital at a pivotal time, as the company expands its offerings in factoring and asset-based lending across North America. Her ability to lead with both empathy and precision makes her a valuable asset to a team committed to doing business the right way.
When asked two questions to Teri and she answered the below:
Professionally, what makes you the best at what you do?
I enjoy learning, mastering and becoming the subject matter expert on software/loan systems. I am very good at automating otherwise manual processes. I am an excellent multi-tasker which is very important in Operations and I enjoy teaching and mentoring people.
What are you looking forward to doing differently and better at Quasar Capital?
I am excited about learning different aspects outside of Operations that I haven't had the chance to learn due to the structure at previous lenders that I have worked for.
