With a strong foothold in clean energy hiring, TGRC originally specialized in direct hire placements and has rapidly scaled its contract staffing division in response to increased demand. Following a comprehensive search for a financing partner who could accommodate TGRC’s evolving business model and UK ownership structure, Access Capital was chosen for its extensive industry knowledge and financial partnership approach.

Access Capital provided an $800,000 revolving credit facility. This solution enables TGRC to fund payroll, support expansion, and strengthen its financial position as it scales its U.S. operations
