Western Alliance Bank’s Food, Agriculture and Beverage team is pleased to announce the successful closing and funding of a $60 million Asset-Based Lending (ABL) facility to support the working capital needs of a California-based company specializing in the growing, processing and distribution of fresh vegetables. The ABL facility will support the company’s growth and ongoing working capital requirements from farmgate to its consumer brand.

“This company has been in business for over 100 years, with strong branding on a national scale and deep roots in the community it serves. The company’s leadership shares many of the same core values and perspectives that we hold at Western Alliance Bank, and our team’s knowledge and advisory approach was a key driver in aligning the companies. We are privileged to be trusted as their primary banking partner,” said Leo Munoz, industry executive for Food, Agriculture & Beverage. Joe Lisack, head of Asset-Based Lending at Western Alliance Bank, added: "We are pleased to provide the working capital to support the company’s continued growth. Collaborating with both the ownership group and management team is a rewarding experience, and we look forward to a strong, long-term banking partnership."
