Commencing his banking journey in 2016, Ollie concentrated primarily on the commercial banking sphere. His tenure with Y&A commenced with a focus on the company’s loan review process, delving into the fundamentals of lending, credit, and actively engaging in fieldwork for loan reviews. Transitioning to a credit analyst role in a West Virginia regional bank further enriched his expertise.
Rejoining Y&A in 2018, Ollie contributed significantly to the loan review department, conducting meticulous third-party and due diligence reviews for small and regional banks. His responsibilities expanded as he assumed a managerial role in lending administration, revolutionizing the department’s information distribution and documentation through streamlined processes and the successful implementation of a new software platform. Under his leadership as the Quality Control Department Manager, the department experienced two record-breaking revenue years, nearly doubling its productivity.
Ollie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from West Virginia University in Morgantown and completed an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Marshall University. His steadfast commitment to excellence and innovative approaches to financial strategies continue to drive Y&A’s success in the dynamic financial industry.
