May 13, 2025 – Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Tokyo, Japan – HALO AirFinance (“HALO”), a joint venture between GA Telesis (“GAT”) and Tokyo Century Corporation (“TC”), recently closed a senior loan for a Crestone Air Partners, Blue Owl Capital investment vehicle. The financing supported the acquisition of a mature Boeing 737-800 currently on lease with a UK-based carrier.
“This transaction reflects our ongoing strategy to support experienced investors in the mature aircraft space,” said Marc Cho, Co-Head and Managing Director of HALO. “We’re pleased to continue our relationship with the Crestone and Blue Owl teams as they grow their portfolio with high-performing, in-demand assets.”
The financing further reinforces HALO’s ability to deliver tailored capital solutions to top-tier aviation investment platforms and underscores its commitment to supporting the secondary market for leased commercial aircraft.
