CHICAGO, May 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mesirow, an independent, employee-owned financial services firm, today announced the addition of Bob Lockwood as a Managing Director in its Investment Banking group. Based in Boston, Bob will expand Mesirow's coverage in the Technology & Services sector, with a particular focus on digital marketing, advertising, and media & information technology sectors. Bob will partner with Shane McDaniel to co-lead Mesirow's Technology & Services sector coverage. He joins a growing team of bankers dedicated to delivering thoughtful, strategic advice across Mesirow's ten industry verticals.

With more than 25 years of investment banking experience, Bob has advised founder-owned, private equity-backed and public companies across a wide range of technology sectors. He joins Mesirow from JEGI Clarity, where he led M&A transactions for high-growth companies. Prior to JEGI Clarity, Bob was a Managing Director in the TMT Group at Lincoln International, advising leading technology companies as well as private equity and venture capital firms. Earlier in his career, he held senior TMT investment banking roles at Raymond James, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.
