NEW CANAAN, CT, April 30, 2025 – Gridiron Capital, LLC (“Gridiron Capital”), an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, is thrilled to welcome Julen Uriguen as Vice President and Cindy Yang as Senior Associate. These new team additions further underscore Gridiron’s commitment to enhancing portfolio company resources, broadening sourcing capabilities, and accelerating growth across the firm’s portfolio.
Mr. Uriguen joins Gridiron Capital from TowerBrook Capital, where he served as Principal and was responsible for transaction execution and portfolio company management. Julen began his career as an Associate at LSH Partners, and more recently served as a Senior Associate at VSS Capital. At Gridiron, Julen focuses on new investment opportunities, due diligence, and value creation at current portfolio companies. Julen received a B.A. in Foreign Affairs with a minor in Economics from the University of Virginia.
Ms. Yang began her career at Bregal Partners, where she advanced from Analyst to Senior Associate. At Gridiron, Cindy focuses on new investment opportunities, due diligence, and value creation at current portfolio companies. Cindy received a B.A. in Linguistic Sciences and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
