Morgan represents companies through all phases of the technology lifecycle, from structuring, formation, financing, licensing, AI compliance and data privacy matters through exit. He also advises clients on best practices for product development, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence.
Sorell Negro
Sorell represents large institutional clients, private developers, investors, landlords and tenants in commercial real estate and land use transactions and projects. Sorell has extensive experience in the development and operation of national and international cruise ports, terminals and destinations.
Aditya (Dean) Ramanathan
Dean is an intellectual property lawyer and a member of the firm’s Life Sciences group whose practice encompasses all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution, both in the United States and internationally. He has worked with clients of all sizes, from incubator portfolio startups to publicly traded pharmaceutical companies, in preparing market-specific intellectual property investment strategies.
Robert Ruh III
Robert is an intellectual property lawyer and a member of the firm’s Life Sciences group who has spent over a decade working with clients ranging from individuals and startups to research universities, life science & medical technology funds, and publicly traded corporations. His practice includes all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution, patent and trademark portfolio development and other transactional work.
Susan Sieger-Grimm
Susan represents creditors in complex Chapter 11 cases and trustees of bankruptcy-related and non-bankruptcy settlement trusts, frequently involving mass torts. She is co-author of several well-regarded treatises in the areas of fraudulent transactions, suretyship and commercial law.
