Garden City, NY; January 22, 2025 – Moritt Hock & Hamroff announced today that Linda S. Plotnicki has joined the firm as a Partner, lending her skills and expertise to its growing Condominium & Cooperative Services and Real Estate Practice Groups, working out of the firm’s New York City office. She previously served as a Partner with Kaufman Friedman Plotnicki & Grun, LLP representing condominiums and cooperatives in New York City.
"Linda has a wealth of experience in the condominium and cooperative services industry and is a terrific asset for our practice," said Michael Cardello III, Managing Partner at Moritt Hock & Hamroff. "As a recognized leader in her field, her contributions and best practices will only strengthen our existing efforts for client satisfaction in the real estate space."
"Our Condominium & Cooperative Services practice has experienced significant growth over the last year and I’m thrilled to have Linda as part of our team," said Marc Hamroff, Chairman. "Her addition further illustrates our commitment to the New York City market, follows the appointment of David Fitzhenry as Partner-in-Charge of that office and confirms our focus on one of our core practice areas."
"Joining Moritt Hock & Hamroff presents an exciting opportunity for me and my practice," said Linda Plotnicki. "My clients will greatly benefit from MH&H's talented and impressive condominium and cooperative services capabilities and I look forward to contributing to the firm's shared vision of excellence in its commitment to success and client satisfaction."
Linda S. Plotnicki has focused her practice for more than thirty years providing counsel on the representation of cooperative and condominium matters throughout the Metro-NYC area. Her diverse practice includes representing cooperative boards of directors and condominium boards managers, representing sponsors, preparing offering plans, and representing purchasers and sellers of unsold apartments. In addition to her cooperative and condominium practice, Ms. Plotnicki also maintains an active practice representing commercial property owners in the acquisition, leasing, sale and mortgage financing of commercial property and portfolios, and the representation of purchasers and sellers of residential coop and condo apartments, houses and townhouses.
Founded in 1980, Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP is a 90-attorney full service commercial law firm that provides a wide range of legal services to businesses, corporations and individuals worldwide from its offices in New York City, on Long Island and in Florida.
