Gridiron Continues to Recognize Internal Success and Hire New Associate Talent
NEW CANAAN, CT, April 23, 2024 – Gridiron Capital, LLC (“Gridiron Capital” or “Gridiron”), an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, is pleased to announce that Nate Krause and Spencer Oakes have been promoted to Accounting Manager, and Pranav Maganti has joined the firm as an Associate.
Mr. Krause joined Gridiron Capital in 2022 as a Senior Accountant. Nate is a finance and accounting professional with experience in the alternative investments industry. Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, he was an Associate on the Credit Accounting team at Fortress Investment Group. Nate began his career as an Assurance Senior Associate in PwC’s Alternative Investments group, where he audited hedge funds, private equity funds, and fund of funds. Nate received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Oregon.
Mr. Oakes joined Gridiron Capital in 2020 as a Senior Accountant. Spencer is a finance and accounting professional with a focus on the private equity industry. Prior to joining Gridiron Capital, Spencer was a Senior Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP working primarily with the Financial Services team. He provided audit services to a broad range of private equity clients. Spencer received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
Mr. Maganti joins Gridiron from Rocana (formerly known as Semillero Partners) as an investment Associate. Previously, Pranav worked at Rothschild & Co in the Consumer Mergers & Acquisitions group, and Chobani on the Commercial Finance team. At Gridiron, Pranav focuses on new investment opportunities, due diligence, and value creation at current portfolio companies. Pranav received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
