Reitman provides clients with legal, regulatory and business advice on commodities. She has more than 25 years’ experience in commodity markets and more than 18 years of senior management experience, with a particular focus on energy, metals, agriculture, carbon and other sustainable commodities.
“Deanna brings impressive experience working in commodity markets, transactional finance and in-house, offering significant opportunities for our team to expand its work for clients,” said partner and finance & restructuring practice group leader Mike Pompeo. “Her valuable insight into transaction structuring, as well as regulatory and commercial advice in the commodities space, will serve Faegre Drinker’s clients well.”

She is a skilled communicator and team manager with a record of success in achieving complicated objectives for clients. “Deanna’s enthusiasm for client service is clear, and we are thrilled for her to join the firm in Texas,” said partner and Dallas office leader Dawn McCord. “She will be an integral team member dedicated to collaborating and developing strong client relationships in the local community and beyond.”
Reitman earned her B.A. from New York University, J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and MBA from Fordham University.
