It is with great pleasure and excitement that Rosenberg & Fecci announce Jessica's elevation to a new role at Rosenberg and Fecci Consulting LLC (R&F) as a partner. With over 12 years of invaluable experience as a field examiner and leader within our firm, Jessica embodies the qualities of excellence, dedication, and innovation that defines Rosenberg and Fecci.

Jessica's journey at R&F is a testament to her unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth. Starting as an analyst, she has ascended through the ranks, embracing increasing levels of responsibility with grace and proficiency. Today, as a partner, Jessica's leadership will continue to shape the trajectory of our firm and inspire those around her.

In addition to her role as field exam manager, Jessica has also served as the director of HR, overseeing the hiring and development and mentorship of the firm's talented team. Her dedication to nurturing talent and fostering a culture of excellence has been instrumental in driving our firm's success. As a manager, mentor, and leader, Jessica's impact extends far beyond the confines of her role.

Jessica's expertise spans a diverse range of field examinations, including ABL, factor, C&I, floor-planning and global investment grade exams, reflecting her versatility and depth of knowledge in the commercial finance industry. Her experience and insights have been invaluable assets to both our clients and colleagues, enriching every engagement with precision and professionalism.

Jessica graduated from Rider University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Before joining R&F, Jessica honed her skills as a civilian budget analyst for the U.S. Army Department of Defense, where she gained invaluable financial acumen and analytical prowess. Today, she seamlessly integrates these skills into her role as a partner, contributing to strategic decision-making and client engagements with finesse and expertise.

Jessica's contributions to the commercial finance industry have been recognized and celebrated, including her feature in The Secured Lender's esteemed "Women in Commercial Finance" 2017 issue. Her leadership and dedication serve as a beacon of inspiration for aspiring professionals and industry veterans alike.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Jessica resides in Monmouth County, NJ with her husband. She is an animal lover and in her free time volunteers at a local farm and animal sanctuary. Her passion for making a difference resonates deeply with our firm's commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.
