Acousti is the premier non-residential constructor subcontractor in the Southeastern U.S. focused on acoustical ceilings, flooring, and drywall. The Company has a strong history dating back to 1946 as the leader in the space. Acousti operates across a diverse range of end markets and industries including education, healthcare, and transportation.
Acousti, which is majority owned by the global investment firm, Ardian, is using the proceeds to refinance existing indebtedness in order to generate additional liquidity and propel the Company to its next chapter of growth and profitability.
