Experienced Public Company CFO Joins Gridiron Portfolio Company Leaf Home™

NEW CANAAN, CT, January 29, 2024 – Gridiron Capital, LLC (“Gridiron Capital” or “Gridiron”), an investment firm focused on partnering with founders, entrepreneurs, and management teams, is pleased to announce that portfolio company, Leaf Home™, a leading technology-enabled and direct-to-consumer provider of home improvement products and solutions, has named Scarlett O’Sullivan as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Scarlett will play a key part in scaling the business while also preparing the Company for its next stage of growth.

Prior to joining Leaf Home™, Scarlett spent eight years as CFO at Rent the Runway, where she played a pivotal role in launching and scaling the company’s subscription business, driving financial transformation, and taking the company public in 2021. In addition to her operating experience, Scarlett has deep financial expertise from her time leading technology IPOs as an investment banker and through venture capital investment experience at SoftBank. Scarlett graduated from Yale University with a BS in Economics and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

In her new role, Scarlett will be an integral part of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with other officers to spearhead the next phase of Leaf Home’s transformative growth. Key priorities for Leaf Home™ in 2024 include investing in product and service expansion, growing margins through field and operational efficiencies, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and process improvement. Scarlett will be based in Leaf Home’s New York City office.
