Kugman Partners announced that Tyler Burandt has joined. Burandt is a financial analyst with proven success in the development of complex financial modeling, compilation of extensive underwriting packages, and portfolio management. He has been lead analyst in numerous transactions involving blue-chip and private companies, with industry exposure that includes software, payment processing, data-infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, real estate, IT services, and Technology, Media, & Telecom (TMT), for which he received recognition as a top ranked performer among TMT industry analysts.
Tyler’s experience includes debt lending execution and structuring and free cash flow modeling. He also holds FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses.
Prior to joining Kugman Partners, Tyler was an Associate for the Atlanta-based Truist Securities’ Corporate and Investment Bank, and an Analyst for a Charlotte, NC investment bank focused on lower middle market M&A, assisting in the placement of over $1B in private funds.
Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in financial management from Clemson University College of Business, with a Minor in accounting and emphasis on Investments and Banking.
