Lighthouse Financial Corp. is pleased to announce the addition of Dylan Zimmerman to the team as Vice President, Business Development covering the Southeast region including South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama and Florida. Mr. Zimmerman's primary responsibilities will include the marketing of Lighthouse's product offerings and origination of new asset-based loan opportunities.
Mr. Zimmerman is an industry veteran with over six years of experience in asset-based lending and commercial finance most recently as Vice President, Business Development with Sallyport Commercial Finance, LLC.. Earlier in his career, Mr. Zimmerman worked with Accord Financial Corp. as a Business Development Officer. Mr. Zimmerman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of South Carolina.
Commenting on Mr. Zimmerman's hiring, Lighthouse president J. Brad Leach said "We are delighted to have Dylan join Lighthouse given his background and experience in commercial finance. We are focused on strategically increasing the size of our loan portfolio, and Dylan's addition will permit us to work more closely with potential clients and referral sources in the market areas we seek to serve more effectively. We believe that creative loan structuring, rapid credit evaluation and approvals, expedited loan closing schedules and superior service are what today's borrowers demand. With Dylan joining the Lighthouse team, we are well positioned to provide these services to our expanding client base."
