Sofia Fayer & Ilona Posner (Real Estate) focus their practice on all aspects of complex commercial real estate transactions and related matters. They represent large and small corporate clients, and real estate developers in the sale, acquisition, leasing and development of commercial and multi-family properties and in complex real estate financings, including all facets of acquisition, bridge loan and construction loan financing from institutional lenders, private funds, independent commercial banks, privately held lending platforms and insurance companies
Caitlyn Ryan (Corporate) focuses her practice on corporate, mergers & acquisitions, and securities law related matters. She advises start-up and middle-market companies on corporate matters spanning the life cycle of a business, from formation through financing and exit transactions.
Michael Schwab (Intellectual Property) focuses his practice on all facets of intellectual property and licensing matters. He specializes in trademark and copyright counseling, litigation and counseling on regulatory and other issues in the beverage alcohol, dietary supplement and food industries.
Karen Davakis (Estate Litigation) focuses her practice on complex trust and estate litigation. She represents both proponents and objectants in contested probate, administration, accounting, turnover, and related trusts and estates proceedings. Marshall Dworkin (Litigation) focuses his practice on the area of commercial litigation. He has significant experience leading critical matters for clients in all stages of litigation and across a broad range of practice areas, including financial products, real estate, general commercial disputes and crisis management.
Grace Lee (Real Estate Lending) focuses her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate and asset-based lending. She represents national, regional and private lenders in connection with commercial mortgage loans, construction loans, secured transactions, syndicated loans and loan modifications.
Dan Lust (Sports Law, Intellectual Property & Corporate) focuses his practice on representing athletes, entertainers, influencers, musicians, and agencies in connection with their business transactions which include endorsement and sponsorship deals as well as complex business ventures.
Michael Wickersham (Condominium & Cooperative Services) focuses his practice on various real estate related matters. He represents buyers and sellers in a wide array of commercial transactions, including but not limited to, multi-family portfolio acquisitions, development project acquisitions, retail and office property acquisitions and commercial leasing transactions.
