Washington, D.C., 27 November 2023  – Global law firm Hogan Lovells today announced that Michael Bonsignore has joined the Corporate & Finance practice group in Washington, D.C. as a partner in the firm’s Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects (IERP) practice area. He joins from Clifford Chance.  

Global Corporate & Finance Practice Group Leader James Doyle commented: “We are delighted that Mike has decided to join us. He has deep experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors with an emphasis on renewables and energy transition. Bonsignore’s experience covers a broad range of corporate, M&A and project development work, principally in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has placed clean energy, energy transition, and infrastructure work at the heart of his practice, representing a mix of U.S. and international sponsors, investors, financing parties, and developers.
