These strategic new hires underscore A&M’s forensic technology capabilities investment and commitment to helping clients mitigate risk while maximizing value locally, nationally, and globally.”
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Shepley served as a Managing Director with Ankura Consulting Group in Chicago, designing and launching that firm’s Records and Information Management (RIM) service line.
Previously, Mr. Sugrue served as a Managing Director at Stroz Friedberg LLC (now Aon Cyber Solutions). Additionally, he has practiced law at Latham & Watkins and Goodwin Procter, managing several challenging cross-border investigations.

Mr. Shepley earned a Ph.D. and a master’s degree in history of Christianity from the University of Chicago. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional U.S. (CIPP/US), a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and an Advisor for the Health Sector Coordinating Council Working Group – Risk Assessment (TG-2).
