He will be focused on growing CohnReznick’s transactions practice in the technology sector and is based in the Bay Area. Mochizuki has more than 17 years of experience advising private equity and corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions across the technology sector.
Mochizuki has specialized in leading complex M&A engagements in the market, advising in technical areas such as valuation drivers, analytics/KPIs, and purchase price agreement negotiations and mechanisms. His end-to-end advisory solutions extend from pre-deal offerings including due diligence to post-deal integration and separation. His extensive financial and accounting due diligence experience includes buy-side, sell-side, carveouts, spinoffs, mergers, and more.

Mochizuki holds a BA, Business Management Economics (accounting concentration), from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He is a licensed CPA and member of the AICPA and CALCPA.
