Atlanta, GA – July 28, 2023 – Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP strengthened its Litigation team recently with the addition of two seasoned Of Counsel, R. David Gallo and Drew Stevens, and Associate E. Wylly Killorin III. The new hires complement the firm’s nationally recognized capabilities serving our clients in complex commercial litigation across industries, including healthcare, franchise, insurance coverage, and real estate.
“We are pleased to welcome David, Drew, and Wylly to our growing Litigation team,” said Jared Miller, Parker Hudson’s Litigation Practice Group Leader. “They bring skill sets in industry sectors where Parker Hudson is already a well-known player, helping us to grow in prominent areas. We are excited to continue deepening our bench to serve our clients.”
David Gallo has significant experience in complex litigation and arbitration. He helps businesses, governments, and individuals navigate their commercial, contract, securities, construction, employment, bankruptcy, criminal, and other matters. Before moving to Atlanta, David practiced law in New York, where he also served as an adjunct professor at Fordham Law School. He will begin teaching a course on advocacy in international law at Emory Law School in Fall 2023. David graduated with honors from Columbia Law School.
An accomplished civil litigator, Drew Stevens has represented franchisors and other employers in enforcing post-termination non-competes, commercial real estate developers in leasing and construction disputes, and hospitals and health systems in defense of claims under the False Claims Act. Drew also has extensive experience litigating intellectual property disputes, particularly trademark infringement matters, and his practice includes national insurance-coverage disputes in the context of mass-torts, in addition to class-action defense. Drew graduated with high honors from Emory University School of Law where he served on the Emory Law Journal and was a Robert W. Woodruff Scholar.
Wylly Killorin assists clients in a variety of litigation matters including insurance coverage, transportation, and general civil litigation matters. Prior to joining Parker Hudson, Wylly worked at regional firms where he defended clients in catastrophic and personal injury matters, as well as insurance coverage matters. Wylly graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law where he served as an Editorial Board Member on the Georgia Law Review.
