Princeton, NJ – July 25, 2023 – SLR Business Credit announced today that Jan Ibey has joined the company as Senior Vice President of ABL Business Lending.
Ibey is a seasoned asset-based (ABL) finance executive with over 25 years of debt capital raises for lower and mid-market companies, providing business capital solutions to high-growth companies, as well as those in turn-around. She has an affinity for middle market companies because she has been an entrepreneur herself and understands the competitive landscape and internal/external pressures CEO's face daily.
In her role at SLR Business Credit (SLRBC), Ibey will be providing working capital solutions to accelerate business growth and maximize value, for strategic and organic growth and/or acquisitions. SLRBC’s working capital loan structures are creative and flexible, starting at $500,000 and going up to $30+ million. Jan works with private equity and venture-sponsored companies, eCommerce businesses, as well as privately held businesses.
Ibey started her career as a real estate appraiser, commercial workout asset manager and capital markets executive. Stints at large companies lead her to co-found new lending entities, one being backed by two private equity firms. Jan has helped shape the vision of many of her company clients with the goal of delivering both expert financial strategy and attainable capital.
