Assembled Brands is pleased to announce a new $1.5MM facility with Aura Bora, a craft sparkling water brand.

Founded in 2020, Aura Bora is on a mission to create sparkling water with deeper, richer, aromatic flavors made from all-natural ingredients such as herbs, fruits, and  flowers. Its products are made from natural and vegan ingredients without icky additives, such as citric acid.

Equally as impressive is the brand’s recent traction in the market. Aura Bora has grown 10x since its launch, and can now be found in over 5,000 stores nationwide, including Whole Foods Market and Sprouts Farmers Market. To support the brand as it continues to scale, the asset-based lender is fueling Aura Bora’s continued growth with a $1.5MM line of credit.

“Aura Bora has shown incredible traction in the marketplace year in and year out.  Differentiation in the seltzer space can be tough for many brands, but Aura Bora has successfully differentiated itself from the competition with superior branding and word of mouth buzz.  We are excited to add Aura Bora to the portfolio of businesses we partner with,” says Ethan Gersh, Director of Portfolio at Assembled Brands.

Assembled Brands takes pride in partnering with brands that put people and the environment first. Not only is Aura Bora’s sparkling water more natural than many of its competitors, but the brand is also a member of 1% for the Planet. This means the company donates 1% of its annual revenue to environmental causes like wildfire relief, conservation, and ocean cleanup.
