(NEW YORK) – February 8, 2022– Rosenthal & Rosenthal, Inc., the leading factoring, asset based lending and purchase order financing firm in the U.S., today announced that Brian Resutek has been named Business Development Officer in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Resutek has served as Senior Vice President and Account Executive at Rosenthal since 2018, managing recourse and non-recourse factoring and asset based lending clients throughout the Southeast. Before joining Rosenthal through Rosenthal’s acquisition of BB&T’s factoring portfolio, he held similar roles in BB&T’s factoring and regional corporate banking groups for over ten years.

Because of their hard work, we have welcomed many new clients from around the region into the Rosenthal family,” said Rosenthal Co-President Ken Kleiner. “Having worked together with clients across the portfolio over the past few years, Brian brings a unique vantage point to our business development efforts. Resutek is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and holds an MBA from the University of Georgia. He serves on several non-profit boards including the YMCA-Atlanta and Community Consulting Teams of Atlanta as well as part of the Secured Finance Network’s (SFNET) content committee.
