Asset-Based Lender Strengthens Business Development Capabilities
New York, NY – Rise Line Business Credit, one of the most creative and reliable lenders to lower middle market companies, has named Morten Kucey as Senior Managing Director. Kucey will play a key role in expanding Rise Line’s relationships and product offerings across the industry to originate, structure, and underwrite new lending opportunities.
“Rise Line, along with its parent company Crossroads Impact, is committed to offering institutional-quality capital solutions to small and midsize businesses to help them realize and leverage the full value of their assets,” said Kucey. “Rise Line’s loan structure is greatly needed across many industries. I am eager to join a team that’s solving financing need through a combination of various senior debt products.”
Kucey brings over 20 years of experience in financial services to his new role with Rise Line. He has delivered creative financing and restructuring solutions in a range of situations through his career. Kucey’s previous roles include senior positions at VION, an investment firm; SFNet, a senior finance industry association; and SB360 Capital Partners, an equity, debt, and recovery solutions provider to retail and consumer products companies. Kucey has also held positions with a merchant banker and fundraising consulting firms.
