NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Audax Private Debt announced that, as Administrative Agent and sole investor, it provided a Second Lien Credit Facility supporting Wind Point Partners’ (“Wind Point”) acquisition of good2grow (“Company”), a national provider of clean label children’s juice and other beverage products. Terms of the credit facility were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, good2grow sells clean label and organic 100% fruit juice, vegetable juice, fortified water and flavored milk in bottles that are adorned with unique 3-dimensional toppers featuring a variety of licensed movie and television characters. The Company’s products are sold primarily in single-serve bottles that are merchandised in convenience, grocery, and mass channels. The good2grow products satisfy the needs of kids who enjoy the play value of the toppers and parents who appreciate the nutritional benefits of the Company’s products.
