Shawn Lim Joins as Vice President on Structured Credit Investment Team
Zachary Radler Joins as Director on Business Development Team
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Vibrant Capital Partners, Inc. (the “Firm”), a leading alternative credit investment manager, today announced that it has bolstered its Structured Credit Investment and Business Development teams with two hires as the Firm continues to expand its investing, marketing, and client service capabilities.
Shawn Lim, former Vice President of Corporate Structured Products at Oak Hill Advisors, has joined Vibrant Capital Partners as a Vice President on its Structured Credit Investment team. Mr. Lim will be responsible for sourcing, analyzing and executing investments in collateralized loan obligation (“CLO”) liabilities and equity. Zachary Radler, former Director at GoldenTree Asset Management, has joined Vibrant Capital Partners as a Director on its Business Development team. Mr. Radler will focus on deepening the Firm’s relationships with institutional investors across North America.
Rehan Virani, Chief Executive Officer of Vibrant Capital Partners, said, “Shawn and Zach, the latter of whom I worked alongside for several years, are experienced, high-integrity professionals, and our ability to attract individuals with their pedigree demonstrates the strength of the Vibrant platform. We look forward to leveraging Shawn’s credit research expertise and Zach’s global institutional relationships as we continue to develop bespoke investment products within corporate structured credit.”
Kashyap Arora, co-Chief Investment Officer of Vibrant Capital Partners, added, “It is a pivotal time for our industry, with increasing institutional investor interest in the CLO asset class across both primary and secondary markets following its resilience over credit cycles. We are pleased to continue to differentiate our platform and create value for investors.”
The hiring of Messrs. Lim and Radler furthers Vibrant Capital Partners’ momentum since Mr. Virani’s appointment as CEO approximately one year ago. In addition to the continued growth of the Firm’s structured credit offerings, Vibrant Capital Partners’ Syndicated Credit team has closed seven CLOs in 2021, including three new issue transactions and four refinancings.
Shawn Lim, Vice President, Structured Credit Investments
Mr. Lim is responsible for analyzing investment opportunities and assisting in driving investment decisions for the Structured Credit Investment team. Previously, Mr. Lim worked in the Structured Products Group at Oak Hill Advisors for almost two years, as part of its CLO debt and equity investment team. Mr. Lim holds an M.A. in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University and a B.S. in Economics from Singapore Management University.
Zachary Radler, Director, Business Development
