Republic Capital Access is pleased to announce that Matt Stavish has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Katie Bilek, former Senior Vice President, will move full time to govmates, where she is a Founder and Partner, and will serve on Republic’s Executive Board.

“We simply would not be where we are today without Katie who was employee #3,” said Ed Stucky, President & CEO of Republic. “We could not be happier for her. She started govmates as a way to help small govcons win business and it has now blossomed into a robust organization. Her election to our Executive Board means she will still be an integral part of our growth.”

“Matt, who has also been key to our success, has more than earned the Senior Vice President role. While he is exceptionally skilled at bringing on new customers, his strategic advice and counsel has been particularly valuable,” added Ed Stucky.

Isaac Ellsworth, a graduate of Georgetown University (B.S. Economics) will join Republic as Vice President. “Isaac will be a great addition to the Republic team,” said Matt Stavish. “We are very excited to have Isaac join us, as he shares our commitment to valuing relationships and integrity above all else.”

Joining Katie on the Executive Board will be industry veteran, Craig Reed, and seasoned finance executive, Steve Schwartz. “Craig’s and Steve’s experience, wisdom, and mentorship will be immensely important as we move forward with our growth plans,” said Ed Stucky. “We are honored that they have agreed to serve on our Board.”
