King Trade Capital is pleased to announce the completion of a $5,000,000.00 purchase order finance facility for a Massachusetts based HEPA Air Purification company.
King Trade Capital was contacted by a referral partner who was working with the Client to find working capital to support purchasing inventory to fulfill its growing sales. During the Covid-19 pandemic the Client expanded its product offering from its core business of water filtration systems to include HEPA Air Purifiers.
The high demand for HEPA Air Purifiers resulted in the Client receiving large orders from various school districts and municipalities. Due to cash flow constraints the company was in need of a finance solution to secure upfront payments to its supplier in the US. King Trade Capital was able to quickly assess the supplier relationship and formulated a PO finance solution allowing the company to buy the inventory need to fill its growing sales.
The finance solution put in place by King Trade Capital provides cash payments to the US supplier to get HEPA Air Purifiers shipped and delivered to our client’s customers. Additionally, an introduction to a trusted factoring company will provide the Client with even more liquidity once goods have been shipped to the end customers.
With a complete trade cycle solution, the Client, now has the ability to seek out more large orders and new customers with its new finance partners supporting future sales.
