White Oak Healthcare Finance, LLC (“White Oak”) announced today that it acted as sole lender and administrative agent on the funding of a senior credit facility for ViaQuest Holdings, Ltd. and affiliates (“ViaQuest”) to support the acquisition by Council Capital, a Nashville based private equity fund. ViaQuest is a provider of services for individuals with intellectual and development disabilities (“I/DD”), hospice services, and other behavioral health services to individuals.
“The market for residential and community-based care has steadily grown as individuals are directed to the lowest cost and least restrictive care settings and payors continue to direct people with I/DD away from institutions and into home and community settings,” said Ross Eldridge, EVP and Chief Originations Officer at White Oak. “We very much believe in the continuum of care the company provides and are excited to partner with Council Capital given their depth of experience in the space.”
Founded in 1999, ViaQuest provides community-based services and support to individuals with I/DD, hospice care, behavioral and mental health services and home health services. ViaQuest delivers care tailored to patients’ and their family’s individual needs and circumstances. Headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, ViaQuest provides services in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Indiana.
“In addition to providing us with a compelling financing package, White Oak’s flexibility and knowledge of I/DD and healthcare services were unique and helpful,” said Eric Keen, General Partner at Council Capital. “White Oak did an exceptional job creating a facility that will provide ViaQuest flexibility to support its continued expansion.”
