Mason brings nearly 30 years of finance and operations experience, with deep expertise in strategy development, capital structure management, and shareholder engagement.
“I am honored to join the board of Leaf Home as it continues to rapidly grow its business and be a trusted partner to homeowners,” said Mason. “I have always been passionate about home improvement and am excited about the innovation that the Leaf Home team brings to this dynamic industry.”
Prior to joining Leaf Home’s board of directors, Mason was Chief Financial Officer at Driven Brands Holdings Inc. Over three years, Driven Brands added approximately 1,750 new stores across four business segments and grew revenue and EBITDA at a 36% and 44% CAGR, respectively. Mason was also instrumental in Driven Brands successful IPO in January 2021.
Mason’s career also spans a thirteen-year tenure at Lowe’s Companies, Inc. (NYSE: LOW). As Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, she led the Investor Relations, Treasury, Corporate Planning, M&A, and Tax functions at the Fortune 50 big-box home improvement retailer. As a result, she is well-versed in capital structure management and has considerable experience with shareholder communications.
Mason is a Certified Public Accountant, qualified to serve as a financial expert on the audit committee, and has a deep background in board governance practices.
Tom Burger, Chairman of Leaf Home said, “We have enjoyed getting to know Tiffany, and Leaf Home is excited for her to join the Board and Audit Committee. Tiffany is an accomplished financial executive and CFO with experience working in both public companies and private equity owned companies.
