TROY, MICH. – July 29, 2026 – Pathward®, N.A., a national bank focused on financial access, has appointed DJ Krystopa as managing director of Business Development. Based in Philadelphia, Krystopa joins Pathward’s working capital business development team, supporting efforts across the mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of the U.S. She is responsible for originating and structuring asset-based lending transactions for lower- and middle-market companies.

Krystopa has held multiple positions in working capital finance, including most recently with eCapital. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from LaSalle University in Philadelphia and is active in several industry associations including the Turnaround Management Association, the Secured Finance Network, and the Association for Corporate Growth.
