Advance Program Components

This program includes a component delivered in collaboration with Wharton Executive Education. Participants who complete the SFNet Advance program will earn credit for one of the four courses required in the Wharton Leadership and Management Certificate Program.



Wharton Executive Education  

Wharton's online program, “Leadership in the 21st Century,” is integrated into the Advance curriculum, providing modern leadership strategies that foster high-performing teams and cultures.

  • Flexible self-paced format can be completed in 4-6 weeks
  • Counts toward Wharton's Leadership & Management Certificate

Master Classes 

These live online classes, led by executives who have built and guided high-performing teams, will focus on core leadership topics for secured finance professionals:

  • Leadership through turbulence

Peer Coaching Circles

Participants engage in weekly facilitated peer coaching sessions throughout the program to discuss leadership challenges, exchange perspectives, and build accountability. 

Executive Roundtable

A live fireside-style conversation with a senior industry executive offering candid insights into leadership, executive presence, and the future of the industry.

 

Capstone Project

Each participant applies program learning to a real workplace challenge and develops a practical 90-day leadership action plan with measurable value.
