MidCap Financial Closes $325mm Senior Revolving Credit Facility to Revlon

BETHESDA, MD, May 17, 2023 – MidCap Financial, a leading commercial finance company focused on middle market transactions, today announced it has provided a $325mm senior revolving credit facility to Revlon Intermediate Holdings IV LLC. (“Revlon” or “Company”) in connection with Revlon’s successful emergence from Chapter 11. The MidCap Financial credit facility is part of a successful in-court financial restructuring of the Company which will support Revlon’s future growth. Proceeds from the credit facility were used to refinance the Company’s prior debtor in possession credit facility, which MidCap Financial agented, and support Revlon’s ongoing working capital needs.
