Lones has significant experience in the financial services industry and specializes in the asset-based lending and factoring space. She has held senior leadership roles across the industry and worked in both US and international financial services organizations. Lones’ outstanding commitment to the industry along with her excellent grasp of the challenges that lenders face means she is well placed to share her knowledge with lenders and her experiences of implementing new technology to improve risk management processes.

Lones has held Director positions within the Commercial Finance Association and American Factoring Association and actively participates in supporting women in the industry through SFNet’s Women In Commercial Finance.
