Elliott Advisors (UK) Limited is an affiliate of Elliott investment Management, L.P., the global fund manager with approximately $41.8 billion in assets under management.
Bantry Bay will benefit from the deep financial resources of Elliott to support the next stage of its growth. The specialist lender will continue to provide supportive, non-dilutive debt capital solutions to corporates undergoing change. Bantry Bay focuses on asset-based financings, targeting transactions ranging from £10m to £100m+ for private and publicly-listed companies across a wide array of industries.
