Quick Poll Concerning Financing In New York

The New York commercial finance disclosure regulations for non-banks (click here) went into effect on August 1, 2023. SFNet continues to fight for favorable amendments to the statute and, to that end, would like to get a current perspective on the poll we conducted last year.
