Description
For an immersive experience on recourse factoring that discusses all levels of the business, Introduction to Factoring is a “must have” in your knowledge base. This is a foundational course on the dynamics of the purchasing of accounts receivable as a source of working capital financing, including its place in the market, how it functions, and an overview of structuring a sound factoring facility. This course provides participants with:
- Working knowledge of recourse factoring
- An understanding of the difference between factoring and lending
- The mechanics of a factoring relationship
- Insights into how deals are structured
- An understanding of how factoring risk is managed
