Description

Workouts are an unfortunate but occasional occurrence in the ABL industry. SFNet’s Workouts and Bankruptcy curriculum helps participants thoroughly understand the fundamentals of workouts and associated bankruptcy protocols, increasing preparation and processes for managing distressed borrowers. Participants will further develop workout strategies and bankruptcy protocols, including an explanation of the typical rules governing managing a relationship with a bankrupt borrower.

The Workouts and Bankruptcy curriculum is suitable for account, portfolio and credit managers with experience of at least 2 years, as well as those looking to learn more about managing relationships that are at risk of material default.

Attendees are eligible for 14 CPE credits.
