Factoring Documentation
Factoring Documentation is recommended for more tenured industry members who seek to better understand the typical contractual expectations and requirements for both the factor and the seller/client.
Factoring Documentation takes an immersive look at a typical recourse factoring agreement and the ancillary documents, providing participants with the opportunity to become fluent in the contractual aspects of a recourse factoring relationship, as interpreted in common conversational terms. Participants gain a solid understanding of the underlying terms, conditions and expectations of a recourse factoring arrangement, as contractually outlined. This course is open to all experience levels, but we recommend Introduction to Factoring as a prerequisite.
