Winston & Strawn LLP represented Triple-S Steel, a Houston-based steel service center that provides steel products and steel fabrication services to customers in North America, Central and South America, and Asia, in connection with its acquisition of BMG Metals, a distributor of steel and aluminum and associated metal processing services, from Descours and Cabaud Inc., a French Industrial and Steel Distributor.

Triple-S Steel Holdings Inc. encompasses more than 42 locations in the U.S., Canada, and Colombia. In addition to Triple-S Steel Supply Co., the brands include Intsel Steel, Steckerl Aceros, Arbor Metals, Maas-Hansen Steel, and Alamo Iron Works.
