Ying Yang

SVP, Director of Business Development, Rosenthal Capital Group

Ying Yang brings over 20 years of experience in commercial finance to her role as SVP, Director of Business Development. Since joining Rosenthal Capital Group  (RCG) in 2017, Ying has been responsible for expanding the client base, with a particular focus on expanding the firm’s West Coast footprint.  In addition to her focus in asset-based lending and factoring, Ying is responsible for growing RCG’s purchase order financing division.

Ying is an experienced commercial finance executive, having spent more than 13 years at CIT sourcing and closing factoring and asset-based lending transactions. With a strong background in credit and underwriting, Ying successfully structured and closed financing facilities across multiple consumer industries, notably apparel & footwear, furniture and furnishing, food and beverage, health and beauty.

Ying holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Together with her husband, her spare time is dedicated to raising three strong girls with occasional dabbling in good reads, hikes for beginners and discovering unique, local food through her travels.
