William Kemp

SVP, Regional Manager, Republic Business Credit

Representing the Texas market for Republic from its expanding Houston office, William
brings over 12 years of experience in asset-based lending and factoring. Before
relocating to Houston in 2017, he spent more than four years developing Republic’s
presence in the Midwest. William plays a key role in driving company growth and
expanding business opportunities across private equity, commercial banking,
turnaround management, and strategic partnerships.

William served as the Houston Chapter President of the Secured Financial Network
from 2023 to 2024, is a former Director of the TMA Houston Chapter, and is an active
member of the Houston ACG Chapter. He was recognized with a 40 Under 40 Award by
the Secured Financial Network in 2024 and received the “Emerging Leader” award from
the Chicago/Midwest TMA Chapter in 2017.

William is a graduate of the University of Michigan and holds a certification in
Leadership Training for High Potentials from NYU Stern.
