Susan Thompson

Susan Thompson is a Senior Originator in J.P. Morgan’s Asset Based Lending (ABL) group, covering companies in the Southwest Region, as well as Oilfield Services nationally and in Canada. Susan works to structure and negotiate on asset-based loan transactions for the firm’s Commercial and Investment Banking clients and prospects.

Susan has been with the firm since July 2015. Prior to her current coverage, Susan covered the Pacific Northwest for two and a half years helping to expand the ABL portfolio in that region. Susan also spent time as a Junior Originator supporting the West Region’s originations efforts from Irvine, California. Susan spent her first year at the firm in Chicago, in a rotation program, with rotations in the Corporate & Investment Bank and Commercial Banking.

Susan received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Susan dual-specialized in finance and marketing.
