Steve has over 30 years of experience in the field examination and asset-based lending industry and has the following qualifications:

• Former chairman of the “Cooperation with Bankers and Other Credit Grantors” committee of the NYSSCPA.
• Author of six articles on the subject of field examinations appearing in The CPA Journal (8/97), The Secured Lender (1/00) and The Secured Lender (8/03), The Secured Lender (7/05), The Secured Lender (4/09), ABF Journal (5/14)
• Has testified as an expert witness in US Bankruptcy court.Has provided forensic evidence used by civil and criminal prosecutors, Secret Service and the FBI in lender fraud cases.
