Sameer Sehgal

CEO, Traydstream

Sameer Sehgal is the CEO and Co-Founder of Traydstream, with over 30 years of global experience in trade finance and banking. He spent 21 years at Citigroup, working across India, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Regional Head of Trade, Commodity Finance, Supplier Finance, and Export Agency Finance (EAF) for EMEA, during which Citi became the largest trade bank in the region.

Sameer has held key leadership roles including building Citi’s Commercial Bank in India, expanding its Trade business in the Middle East, and launching Supplier Finance, Sales Finance, EAF Shipping, and Commodity Finance globally. He also oversaw global Trade Distribution.

He began his career with Bank of America and ANZ Grindlays Bank in India.
